A seven-day promise

If your report is not right for you, request a refund within seven days of purchase. This preserves the refund promise already offered on Tajnstvo. Contact the support address below with the email on your Stripe receipt, purchase date and receipt reference. Do not send card numbers or birth details.

If a download fails

Keep this browser tab open and try the download again. Payment confirmation can take a little time. A refresh restores your tab’s birth profile and checks your receipt again. If you changed browser or cleared storage, contact support with your receipt; do not pay again to resolve a failed download.

Refund processing

Approved refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method. The time until they appear depends on the bank or payment provider. We do not promise an instant bank settlement.

Private support

The private support address is being configured. Purchases remain unavailable until support and checkout are ready.
